Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy
Thank you for shopping with Jonny Boy. We want you to feel confident, comfortable, and excited about your purchase. Because our products are intimate apparel and swimwear, we maintain strict hygiene standards to protect all customers.
Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.
Pre-Orders
Some items may be available for pre-order with an estimated ship date listed on the product page.
If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready, unless separate shipping arrangements are requested and approved.
Pre-order ship dates are estimates and may shift slightly due to production, freight, or fulfillment timelines. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent automatically.
If you would like in-stock items to ship separately before a pre-order item is ready, please contact us. Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.
Swimwear & Underwear (Exchange-Only)
Due to the intimate nature of our products:
- All swimwear and underwear are non-refundable.
- We offer a one-time size exchange per item, when available.
- Exchanges are valid for the same product in a different size.
- Items cannot be exchanged for a different style, color, or product.
- If your requested size is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
To request a size exchange, please email Jonny@JonnyBoy.store within 14 days of delivery and include your order number.
Our goal is simple: to make sure you’re in the right size. We provide detailed size charts and product photos to help guide your selection. If you’re ever unsure before ordering, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help you find your best fit.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a size exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Hygiene liners on swimwear must remain fully intact.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Items must be shipped back within the timeframe provided after approval.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, odor, staining, stretching, or liner removal will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to the customer.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Jonny Boy is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Store Credit
If an exchange size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Store credit never expires and may be used toward any future purchase through your customer account.
Bundled & Promotional Items
If your purchase included a bundle or promotional discount:
- The full set must be returned for exchange eligibility.
- Individual items from discounted sets cannot be exchanged separately.
- If part of a set is kept, pricing will adjust to regular, non-discounted rates.
Last Chance items are excluded from Jonny Boy Swim Club offers and other bundle or item-count-based promotions. They do not count toward the quantity required to unlock promotional pricing, complimentary gifts, or Swim Club free-shipping perks unless expressly stated otherwise.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale, including all Last Chance items, are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will make it right as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or store credit.
Color & Batch Variations
Due to the nature of fabric production, dye lots, and manufacturing batches, slight variations in color, tone, texture, or finish may occur between production runs.
We do our best to keep every Jonny Boy piece consistent, but small differences may be visible when items from different batches are compared side by side. These minor variations are considered normal and are not treated as defects.
